I know, but this doesn't look quite like a real Gorgonops, so I figured the name was just alluding to this design being inspired by the morphology of Gorgonops, so I stuck it in Fictional Creatures. The skull of Gorgonops is more elongated than in your drawing, and their skulls don't have antorbital fenestrae (the large skull cavities in front of the eyes) like you've indicated (unless that blue area on the head is just a color patch not associated with any characteristics of the underlying skull structure, but usually such artistic liberties are used to indicate underlying anatomy so I applied that principle to your drawing).

Regardless, I think your drawing is artistically very nice. I'm sorry if I offended you by placing it in Fictional Creatures.

Ah, true I did make it a more fantastical representation of the animal for the effect of a character. I'm glad you recognize that, though! Most people don't even know what a Gorgonops is in the first place, so the fact that you see the exaggeration and liberties in it impresses me.

That's rad, yo.

Thank you! I'm a paleontology enthusiast, so I study prehistoric life quite avidly.

As am I! Though admittedly when I wish to make something especially beastly, I'll through in a little anachronism here and there, ahha.

No offense was made, I'm more impressed than anything. ;u;
